For Website Design services, the turnaround time is usually three to four weeks from the project start date. This can vary depending on the rhythm of the collaboration, as well as client availability to provide feedback after each draft. If an additional round of changes is required beyond the two included rounds, then the timeline may extend a bit.
If you’ve opted for the Content Creation add-on service, then plan for about two weeks of content collaboration prior to the Website Design start date.

For the Website Design service, you will need to provide all website copy and at least one high-res headshot.
For the Content Creation add-on service, you will just need the willingness to brainstorm, gather inspiration, and answer questions about your business.
No matter the service you select, one of the first steps is filling out an intake form that I’ll provide once we have a signed agreement. The intake form will help narrow down format and design choices.

I use Squarespace for each website I build. It is a powerful tool that allows for highly customized designs and yields attractive, functional sites. The back end is relatively user-friendly for those willing to make updates on their own, however, I remain available to clients in need of changes in the future (hourly rate applies).

Once a letter of agreement is signed, I’ll send an invoice for one-third of the project cost. This will serve as a deposit and secure a place on my calendar. The next third will be due upon the completion of the first draft of the website. The final third will be invoiced upon website launch, along with any additional charges, such as stock imagery or specialty fonts (I only purchase these when explicitly directed by the client).
Please note: separate from my fees, you will have annual dues to Squarespace for website hosting and domain registration. This usually totals about $250 per year. I recommend putting these on auto-pay to ensure continuous service.

I am happy to work with anyone, but my specialty is building websites for folks who identify as therapists, counselors, coaches, or social workers. Use my contact form to tell me about your project and we’ll determine together if it’s a good fit.

I’m based in New York state, but my process is fully virtual, so I can work with clients anywhere.
